Item: #AL5. A large single authentic shell AtlAtl finger
loop measuring 1 3/4" long and 1 3/8 wide. It has multiple decorative grooves running lengthwise over the outsde surface,
and is drilled for attachment. This loop was found in west Mexico and is attributed to the Colima cultural horizon dating
300BC-300AD. It is from the Dr. Allen Heflin collection and marked with his catalog numbers on the inside curve. It is in
excellent condition. $125.

11/16" wide. It is drilled for attachment and has a small area of encrustation that is actually
the outer edge of the original shell surface that it was made from. It has a carved area down the center of the length

finger loop measuring approximately 1 3/8" long and 3/8" wide. It is drilled for attachment, and has some surface loss and
weathering. It is a whole and intact example that is unique for the type, as it is drilled front to back rather than the typical
side to side. It is from west Mexico, Jalisco cultural horizon, 200BC-300AD and is from the former Dr. Allen Heflin collection.
